FEFT is a mind and body healing system. By tapping/pressing lightly on specific acupuncture points it takes the body quickly from stress-induced fight or flight into relaxation. It also allows you to find the subconscious sources of ongoing stress in your life, release emotional triggers, and relieve physical pain. Old limiting beliefs are replaced by clear present awareness.

We have many systems at our fingertips, depending on what devices and Apps you have. Usually a computer or Ipad is used by clients. On those, I use Zoom (easy with the Zoom App), or if you are an Apple user, FaceTime is an option. You can go to full screen on all of them, and people report that it’s just like being in the same room together.
You will tell me the issues you want to free yourself from. I will explain how a session works, what it’s made up of, and how we will be spending the 2 hours. I will answer any questions you might have, then we can decide if we are a good match for working together. Don’t be shy...If other questions pop up, you are welcome to text or email me anytime.
After your Discovery call, if you decide to work with me, you can book and pay for your session on Acuity. Then fill out the Intake Sheet, and sign the Consent /Disclaimer form. Later you will get a Welcome to Wholistic Healthcare letter via email. In that will be questions to answer that need to be sent to me not later than 24 hours before your session.
If your issue is a short term singular problem, for example releasing fear of flying, you might only need 1 session to release that fear. However if your problem(s) are deep seated and have been stirring you up for months/years, then multiple sessions will be needed to release them. Frequency of your sessions is entirely up to you. Often people schedule them weekly or biweekly at first, then space out the intervals as their healing takes place.
